Multi cyclones (MC2 – MC12)
Multi cyclones are used to separate volatile ash, sooth and other solids from the combustion products (exhaust) of the solid fuel firing systems. They are used for both manually and automatically stoked boilers. Their size is chosen depending on the amount of exhaust to be cleaned, boiler output and fuel moisture content. In the bottom of the multicyclone there is an ash collecting tank or a rotor valve under which deashing transporters are installed.
Openings for the flue channels are cut on site. Multicyclones are delivered uninsulated. Insulation and shielding are mounted on site.
