When purchasing a “Kalvis” product, please read carefully the warranty terms and conditions.
If you have a problem with heating equipment during the warranty period and if you have any problems with the production or supply of equipment, please contact us.
JSC “Kalvis” carries out the guarantee and post-guarantee maintenance of its production boilers and heating equipment installed in Lithuania.
In the case of after-sales service, it is necessary to have:
- Product passport, with sales date tag;
- Purchase a receipt or invoice;
- Certified companies have installed a boiler installation mark on your product passport. *
Note: The boiler pouch must have at least the draft specified in the installation and service manual and the boiler must be connected in accordance with the scheme which prevents condensation from forming during operation.
